Trisha and her sister, Beth, get into the spirit of the 1950s, as they prepare a retro TV dinner. Included: individual chicken potpies; green beans with cheese sauce; and frosted cupcakes filled with chocolate pudding.

Trisha plans a stress-free Thanksgiving with close friends. Her quick-and-easy menu includes turkey-and-dressing casserole; homemade gravy; buttery roasted carrots; and sweet potato pie.

Kelly Clarkson stops by Trisha's house for a home-cooked meal. Recipes include corn salsa; stuffed pork chops; a sweet-and-crunchy garden salad; Kelly's favorite no-baked squares, made w/ chocolate, pretzels and peanut butter.

A Sex and the City (1998) viewing party featuring a menu of Southern finger foods, including chicken bites; cream cheese roll-ups; and teacakes. Also: "summer-in-a-cup" served in a martini glass.

Trisha throws a brunch to celebrate the holidays with her band. On the menu is roast beef, a cheesy asparagus casserole, cherry mini muffins and a gingerbread cocktail.

Healthy twists on Southern classics are presented when Trisha spends time in the kitchen with chef Art Smith. On the menu: slimmed-down carrot cake; un-fried chicken; garlic-cauliflower mash.

A menu of comfort food is prepared, with help from Wendy Williams. The menu includes ribbon meatloaf; creamed-style corn; decadent banana pudding; and a cherry-ginger julep.

A meal for nieces and nephews, who are camping inside Trisha's living room. On the menu: banana bread; saucy trout; Spanish rice and grilled zucchini.

Freezer-friendly chocolate desserts are on the menu, including fudge; pound cake; chocolate-chip-cookie-dough balls. Also: a hurricane cocktail made with the dark, sweet stuff.

Trisha cooks for Olympic gold-medal-winning gymnasts Nadia Comaneci and Bart Conner. On the menu: pork medallions; a garlic-grits casserole; and pineapple upside-down cake. Also: Nadia's salata de vinete is prepared.
