What is Wreck Chasing? You're along for the ride speeding through the streets of Philadelphia meeting the main players in one of America's most dangerous and high stakes professions.

Summertime on the streets of Philadelphia means more accidents and a lot more wrecks to chase. Mickey and PJ split up and make a friendly wager to see who can capture the most wrecks in a weekend.

1 Unit not only chases wrecks, but also helps the city of Philadelphia by towing illegally parked cars and vehicles wanted for repossession. It's not always an easy task, especially when you are face to face with an angry customer.

Ride along with Philadelphia's only female tow truckers, the Tow Divas, as they outsmart the competition and chase down wrecks.

Tow truck drivers take on rush hour in the city of Philadelphia, chasing wrecks through traffic-clogged streets and competing with rival tow companies for prize wrecks, including a car split in half and several multi-car accidents.

PJ is gutted when he loses out on a tow to police rotation - a new law to cut down on wreck chasing - will any other jobs be affected? And a speed boat repo turns nasty.
