Viewers look into the rough and violent life of towing on the Philly streets. The two most successful tow-truck operators on these streets are Mickey and PJ. In massive $70,000 machines both day and night they race to be the first tow on the scene. Their lives are filled with the excitement of constant conflict, high speed chases, and scanner noise.
