A single mother runs a dress business that so far has been unsuccessful. Alice is worried that the woman and her daughter will move away so the little girl works to drum up customers for her friend's mom.

Chet has a business trip to Washington DC anf Alice asks to go along. Her dad agrees as long as Alice behaves and she's allowed to bring her friend Soapie. The two kIds naturally find all kinds of mischief to be involved in.

Alice learns a friend's parents are planning on getting a divorce. Alice takes it upon herself to find out what the problem is and fix it so the couple will stay together.

Town bookie Big Louie has a bad reputation but Alice knows he's a softie at heart. Alice convinces Louie to use his demeanor to assist a family down on their luck.

Alice becomes chummy with the contestants at a beauty pageant. When Alice learns one woman has broken her engagement to focus on her carreer, the girl tries to help the brokenhearted fiance.

Alice is thrilled when she gets an opportunity to be on a game show. But the Holliday family is in a quandary when they find out Alice's competition is Chet's boss.

Alice find out her parents would like a second honeymoon. Alice learns the grand prize to a pageant is a Niagara Falls trip Alice enters her mother, confident Mrs. Holliday will win.

Alice neglects her school work because of a space club she is interested in. When her parents learn she is failing her classes it leads to a major argument.

A wealthy man has been confined to his bed by his doctors but leaves just the same. Alice mistakens him for a homeless man and invites the older gentleman to her house for a home cooked meal.

A beautiful blonde upsets the Holliday household with her decorating ideas.

Alice desperately wants to win the school cooking contest. Alice decides to bring in a ringer, the local owner of a bakery, to help her achieve victory.

Alice meets a yacht captain who is in love with a lovely heiress. Problem is the lady is about to marry another man. Alice learns the fiance is only getting wed for the woman's money so Alice develops a plan to break them up.

Alice and her parents embark on a family vacation that should be full of adventure. Chet and Clarissa find out that having the curious Alice along can create unexpected situations.

Alice's friend has a huge crush on a popstar and has sent him several fan letters. But when he fails to respond the little girl becomes unhappy so Alice takes matters into her own hands.

Alice accompanies a friend of her father to an equine auction. Due to a mix-up the dad accidentally buys a horse. Alice is convince that the animal has a future on the race track.

A young Irish man wants to bring his girlfriend to America so they can wed but has no money. Alice thinks the lad could win a local boxing match to get the cash. But the arrival of the fiance causes complications as she's against fighting.

Alice encounters a scientist who's developed a formula for a new furniture polish. Alice thinks she knows a way to market the product and make a little money for herself.

Alice's Sunday School teacher is in trouble for singing songs of her own composition. Alice likes them and figures out a way to make everyone happy.

A family member comes for a visit and puts the entire Holliday family on an unneeded strict diet. Alice rebels and encourages her parents to do the same.

A man who tells fortunes has charmed many of the ladies in town but Alice is suspicious. A well to do woman is about to sign over part of her wealth when Alice exposes an event from the man's past.

Alice gets a job selling Christmas trees to do a good deed. Alice has learned that a kindly older lady is poor and not expecting any gifts so the little girl decides a surprise is in order.

Alice learns about hypnotism and wants to try it out. Father Chet agrees to be the subject and Alice with a pocket watch attempts to put her dad under her spell. The results turn out different then the little girl anticipated.

Alice once again in need of funds and decides she needs to a long term solution. Alice turns to a local millionaire for advice.

Alice joins her father Chet when he attends his class reunion. There Alice meets a young couple in love but unhappy. Alice works to fix the obstacles to the their bliss.

The circus is in town with Alice and her pals are looking forward to going. But a runaway meets Alice and he's running away from the circus where his parents work. He wants a normal life and Alice tries to help.

Alice has a Brahma bull in her backyard and convinces her father Chet that a rodeo is in their future so they should keep the bovine. A series of misadventures takes resulting in Alice riding the bull through the town square.

The Hollidays employ a part time housekeeper who Alice befriends. Find an eligible wealthy bachelor in town Alice thinks the two adults would be perfect as a couple.

Alice and her pals enter an old mansion in search of additional stuff for a paper drive. The friends find a message scrap that could change drastically the fortunes of a local man.

The Holliday parents are perplexed when daughter Alice brings home an elephant as a pet. What to do with the wild animal becomes the focus of the family.

Alice and her soap box derby car goes off course, creating chaos at an outdoor tea party. The socialite hostess want Alice and her family to pay for the damages.

Alice gets the mistaken notion she is adopted and that a famous comedian is her actual father. When Alice learns the comic is performing in Philadelphia she runs away to meet her "real" dad.

A couple are excited about their golden wedding anniversary and seeing their son, coming to celebrate. But he informs them he can't visit because of work so Alice takes charge of the party to make the day memorable.
