Giovanni and Rogger visit TRADICIONES, a restaurant in Magdalena, specialized in traditional Peruvian cuisine. There, they talk with Jose Verano, who tells them about the restaurant's humble beginnings, and lets them try their best dishes.

Giovanni and Rogger visit EL KAPALLAQ, one of the top seafood restaurants in Lima. There, they talk with Luis Enrique Cordero, who gives them a brief history lesson, and lets them try some of their best (and most exotic) dishes.

Giovanni and Rogger visit Chinga Tu Taco, a Mexican joint in Miraflores. They talk with the chef, try their best --and most legit-- tacos, and find out the difference between a true Mexican taco and the Tex-Mex version.

Giovanni and Rogger visit Lanacional, an extremely Peruvian restaurant. They try their best Peruvian dishes, and find out what makes them so unique (and extremely tasty).
