The Woody Woodpecker Show - Season 2 (1944)

Woody manages to get himself evicted from a boarding house run by proprietor Wally. Subsequently, the lonely Walrus runs ad in the local newspaper looking for a sweetheart. Woody reads this and decides to respond to ad by dressing in drag.

Woody walks about town and realizes that all of the restaurants are closed. He finds one store with a sign in its window that reads: "We stuff birds."

When the Russian ambassador, Ivan Awfulitch, comes to town, Wally Walrus decides to host a barbecue in the ambassador's honor.

A man named Bull Dozer is cementing a sidewalk and is pretty proud of himself. Meanwhile, Woody is playing golf in a tree. He putters the ball which lands in the wet cement. The man, furious, gives Woody his golf ball back.
