There comes a time when Steele, Arthur Steele, comes across a tale that lives within the soul of all mankind. Is this Legend just an old tale?

Steele, Arthur Steele, receives a mysterious packages addressed to Stokes Castle. His phone rings and the caller by the name of Baxter Talbot tries to tell him to not deliver the package but before he can Baxter turns into a werewolf.

In Steele's, Arthur Steele's line of work, he sees everything. On this particular case he encounters something quite resembling.

Steele. Arthur Steele, encounters the mythical being who puts people to sleep and encourages and inspires beautiful dreams by sprinkling magical sand into his eyes.

When Steele's, Arthur Steele's phone rings two short and one long ring that means his Informant has some information. And this time, the Informant has information about Mermaids.
