Critter Calhoun (Peter Palmer) guides some men through dangerous territory to the mission in Taos. The pilot episode of a suggested TV series titled Mountain Man created around 1959 but never released for public viewing until now.

Johnny Wells, a soldier (Harry Harvey Jr.) is accused of cowardice in battle by Vincent Russo (Robert Knapp) and Capt. Shank Adams (John Pickard) has to find out if it is the truth or a lie made up because of personal feelings between the two troopers. This is an episode of the almost completely lost series Boots and Saddles. Only a few of the original 39 productions are still known to exist.

While working the annual round-up, Charlie Russell (Fess Parker), the night wrangler, is being relieved by greenhorn 'Fast Gun Tracy Blue' (Paul Carr). From atop the hill, they see that the stagecoach on the road below is being held up by three gunmen. Before Charlie can warn him of gunfire possibly stampeding the herd, Tracy is riding off after the holdup men, guns a-blazin'.
