The year is 2022. The world is now controlled by corrupt hyper-corporations led by 'The Movement,' a powerful group of elites who desire nothing more than a New World Order. Hoffman Industries, the world's leading bioengineering hyper-corp, has developed a new processing chip capable of controlling the human brain. It is up to the Secret Service's Tarvington Agency to put a stop to Dr. Hoffman before he releases the chip to The Movement.
