The Casino Tycoon Marvah comes under threat by the City mayor after Marvah insults the Mayor, who is infatuated by the Star Attraction of Casino, Rehana. Marvah couldn't tolerate Mayor eyeing his arm candy. To add to Marvah's problem, Son Vicky, the heir apparent is arrested for murder as plot thicken with a suicide in the family.

The threat perception broaden as Marvah gets threat from unknown. Marvah manages to bail out his son using his clout. Vicky's infatuation for Rehana leads to meeting a mysterious Masked girl. Mayor shocks Marvah with a law that can force Marva to shut the shop. Inspector Ram is look into Marvah's threat. Same time his partners question Marvah's falling political clout and suggest him to retire. Marvah sets them right. Meanwhile, Vicky meets a girl who sweeps you off his feet.

Vicky and Rehana come closer as someone tries to rob her. News of Vicky and Rehana being possible suspect in Mayor's death rocks Marvah. His partners also blame him along with media for removing Mayor because he was bringing law that might have destroyed Marvah. Marvah is upset at Vicky. Inspector Ram manages under table stuff of the commissioner. Sexual Tension between Rehana and Vicky increases. Marvah takes drastic step while Rehana gets shock of the day.

Vicky and Rehana almost fall head over heals for each other. Partners gang-up against Marvah. Masked girl catches Vicky and tell him a secret that rocks Vicky. The masked girl comes under Rehana's radar as Karl shows her a video in which Masked girl is catting with Vicky. Rehana traps Masked girl. Meanwhile, The threat against Marvah proves true. He is attacked by armed goons.

Vicky's life is rocked with his father Marvah's death. Marvah had tried to convey Vicky something about killer that Vicky didn't understand. Vicky is warns by his mad sister that they all will be killed. Vicky is sidelined by the partners claiming that Vicky is incapable to handle Casino business. They insult him and Rehana both. Rehana comes to Vicky's rescue but in vain. Rehana realizes that she has left her murder weapon at crime scene. She goes to remove it only to be surrounded by Vicky and Ram.

Vicky proposes Rehana to marry him. Vicky meets his sister Rhea in asylum. Rehana feels Rhea is not mad. Rehana traps Rinzin in Marvah's murder. Rehana meets Camila in Gym and she is shocked to know that She is very good dancer. Rehana hires Camila to replace herself. Masked girl reappears in front Vicky warning him to be watchful. Rinzin manages to escape. Vicky and Rehana make out. Rinzin attacks Rehana with guns and goons. Karl warns Rehana to be watchful about Vicky saying, "He is has Marvah's blood in his vains..." Ram finds a major clue in Marvah's murder.

Ram and Advocate Deshmukh team up against Rehana to expose her in front of Vicky. Ram uses his ex-flame Camila to show a Video to Vicky to expose Rehana. Rehana accepts Vicky's proposal to marry her. Rehana threatens Camila to stay away from Vicky. Ram takes Rehana to police station to interrogate. Meanwhile Camila manages to take Vicky for a wine testing festival. They make out in drunken state.

Camila shows Vicky Video of Rehana that shocks Vicky. Inspector Ram interrogates Rehana asking her how she got the video evidence against Rinzin, how she was present at time of Marva's murder. Rehana has no answers. Vicky meets Rehana in the lockup. Vicky questions Rehana about the Video. Ram and Vicky have face off over arrest of Rehana. Rinzin, burning with vengeance against Rehana, uses inmates to kill Rehana. Two women attack Rehana in the jail cell.

Rama and the commissioner of Police are suspended by the minister for wrongly arresting Rehana and putting her life in danger. Rehana calls someone saying time to plays her final card to takeover casino. Camila, who is thrown out of the casino for spying against Rehana, comes to know about plot to kill Vicky. She alerts Ram. Ram tells her that he can't help as he is suspended. The police that arrested Vicky turns out to be fake police and they are ordered by Mishto to kill Vicky in cold blood. Camila watches this helplessly as Vicky is put on the gun point facing ...

Rehana turns Casino into a fort with high security. Newspapers and News channels are a buzz with death of Marvah's son Vicky in an accident. As per last wish of Vicky, his dead body is brought by his friends to Casino to pay last tribute. Least Rehana knew about the master stroke by her enemies to dethrone her from the casino.
