That Was the Week That Was, was a weekly TV series with a modernistic satirical spin on the previous week's news events. Host David Frost, together with a supporting cast of commentators, brought to the nation a trendy humorous look at the national and international goings-on in the world. This show was indicative of the comedy albums being released in that era, giving the American people a heavy dose of satirical comedy, sometimes bordering on the sarcastic.
