Four teenagers, all HIV-positive and members of Love is Brave - a support group for people living with HIV - decide to meet in a cafe. This includes Luis, the school heartthrob and a son of a Chinese businessman; Enzo, who have body and family issues; Gab, the dutiful son of a town mayor; and Chuchay, an urban poor who works to support his family.

Coming from a well-to-do family, Luis is burdened by his father's expectations while struggling to conceal his identity. He meets Nat, an IT specialist much older than him, in a dating app. He starts looking for Nat after their lovemaking, but can't get to him so he turns to other men having unprotected sex.

All his life Enzo knows that he's not good-looking, perhaps the reason why he is the least favorite child. But what his looks cannot compensate, his gorgeous and endowed body make up for it.
