After a freak storm, H.E.A.T. ends up in 2022, where monstrous genetically engineered race of creatures called Dragmas had brought extinction to mutated creatures and humans alike. H.E.A.T. must stop this future from ever happening.

Sadistic billionaire Maximillian Spiel is capturing mutated monsters and hosting death matches between them. His latest unwilling contestant is Godzilla.

A documentary is being made about H.E.A.T. In Miami, they fight a giant mutant mosquito, Skeetera, and eco-terrorist S.C.A.L.E. led by Alexandra Springer who believes monsters are the next stage of evolution and wants to free them all.
