Berserko and his gang go on a robbing spree in order to pick up party favors and gifts for the Big Boss's Birthday.

The C.O.P.S. are threatened with being replaced by crime fighting robots called "Instant Justice Machines."

Rock Crusher takes over Graystone prison and threatens to destroy city hall. Bowser must go undercover to stop him.

Sundown's ex-partner Johnny Yuma escapes from prison and seeks revenge against his former friend.

Federal Agent Baldwin P. Vess arrives in Empire City to take Big Boss's criminal empire down. After being seriously injured by the Big Boss's henchmen, Agent Vess is taken to the hospital and given a cybernetic bullet-proof torso.

Federal Agent Baldwin P. Vess organizes C.O.P.S. to stop Big Boss and Dr. Badvibes from using the Ultimate Crime Machine.

The Big Boss's henchmen use Dr. Badvibes's speed-suits in order to commit robberies.

Dr. Badvibes replaces Bulletproof with a robotic copy controlled by a small robot named Waldo. Blitz is the only one who can tell the difference.

Dr. Badvibes creates a robot named "Shifty" that can change its appearance he uses it to commit crimes throughout Empire City.

Dr. Badvibes invents an earthquake machine and Big Boss uses it to blackmail the city.

Mainframe, Bowser, and Blitz must stop Dr. Badvibes from stealing a supercomputer that runs a mall's theft-proof security system.

Three of the best Boxoids (robot boxing suits) have been stolen by Big Boss, who plans on using them to steal the mazer melter from a construction site to melt down the Empire City Power plant.

A young girl becomes the costume superhero named Captain Crimefighter in order to help C.O.P.S.

Bezerko becomes super-intelligent by using a brain enhancer. He makes Dr. Badvibes jealous by using his new found intelligence against C.O.P.S.

Big Boss sends Rock Krusher and Buttons McBoomBoom to find a secret stash of money hidden thirty-five years ago after a robbery.

When the President of the United States visits Empire City, Big Boss sends his henchmen to hold her hostage.

The Big Boss uses the President of the United States to steal an aircraft carrier. He uses it to threaten Empire City and lock-up the members of C.O.P.S.

Three new crooks, Hyena, Bullit, and Louie the Plumber arrive at Empire City and challenge Big Boss to "The Criminal Games."

After a heatwave hits Empire City, the city's water supply is nearly depleted. Inspector Yukon of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police offers a huge iceberg to help replenish the city's reservoir, but Big Boss steals the iceberg and hold it for ransom.

Dr. BadVibes showers gold coins on the people of Empire City. Unfortunately, the coins are explosives which Big Boss plans to use to blast open the safes where the fake gold will be stored in to get at the real loot stored inside.
