Teacher Frank Stimpel has to prove himself at his new school. But his first week is like a roller coaster ride. He loses the respect of his class, even the police show up and his boss Aminata threatens him with expulsion. Student Osman raises the question of power, influencer Leyla "disses" him as a "Nazi teacher," teacher Sara digs at him for no reason, and his buddy Yunus is annoying because he can't decide whether he wants to live with him or not. When the police show up at the school, his boss Aminata would like to throw Stimpel out, but she needs the Alman ...

Teacher Frank Stimpel wants to curb the aggression in the student body. He makes various attempts until it becomes clear who the real problem is: the passive-aggressive Alman teacher himself. Stimpel tries to stop the aggressive behavior within the student body. Unfortunately, he misunderstands the advice of school psychologist Swami, and influencer Leyla makes his life even more difficult. The fact that his buddy Yunus decides to train racing chickens in their shared apartment doesn't make things any better.
