When David Forrester's rock-star brother Dean dies of an overdose, he is sent to a Driftwood, a teenage attitude-adjustment facility. He has a tough time adjusting to life, and it is not made any easier when he clashes with the institution's evil warden, Captain Doug Kennedy, or when he meets Yates who beats the teenagers at the camp. And to top it all off, David is haunted by the ghost of Jonathan, who was murdered at the facility years ago. Since David feels guilty about his brother's death, his trauma connects him with Jonathan. But to add to David's already-mounting problems, no one knows who killed Jonathan, and the murderer is still on the loose....
