Randy Orton and Wade Barrett finally meet one-on-one in a brutal No Disqualification Match, 2012 Royal Rumble Match winner Sheamus makes a triumphant return to SmackDown, and Daniel Bryan learns the identity of his five opponents in the upcoming Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship.

For the first time ever, World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan faces the Viper Randy Orton. The team of Sheamus and Big Show battle Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett.

SmackDown Superstars compete in a battle royal to determine who will take Randy Orton's spot in the determine who will take Randy Orton's spot in the upcoming Elimination Chamber Match. Fresh off his first United States Championship victory, Santino Marella defends his new title against Jack Swagger inside a Steel Cage. And a massive six-man tag match featuring Randy Orton, Big Show, Cody Rhodes, The Miz, Daniel Bryan and Sheamus.

"Captain Charisma" Christian makes his long awaited return with a special edition of the "Peep Show", which promises to have huge implications for Team Teddy Long's match against Team John Laurinaitis at WrestleMania. Cody Rhodes is out to send a message to his WrestleMania opponent Big Show by taking on the massive Great Khali. And it is a battle of number one contenders as Chris Jericho collides with Sheamus.

WWE Champion CM Punk pays a visit to SmackDown to join forces with Sheamus in a tag team match against World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan and The Miz. Big Show and Kane square off, with both colossal Superstars looking to gain momentum heading into WrestleMania. And Brodus Clay is in the house to bring his special blend of power and funk to SmackDown.

In the final SmackDown before WrestleMania, Big Show gives notice to Cody Rhodes and promises to finally have his moment on the Grandest Stage. Chris Jericho and Kofi Kingston to face off in a thrilling, athletic match. "Long Island Iced Z" Zack Ryder takes on Drew McIntyre, and an impromptu DX reunion turns sour with the End of an Era, Hell in a Cell Match looming.
