MacLaren and the team must help a fellow traveler plan his own assassination, while helping an unsuspecting activist complete a deadly mission.

With the unknown virus rapidly spreading, the team is left with only one option in order to save The Director hundreds of years in the future.

When 3468's team fails the mission of rescuing essential technology for the future, the Director sends additional Travelers to assist the team and complete the mission, putting Protocol Alpha in motion.

After receiving an unusual message to attend a court proceeding, the travelers find that one of their own is on trial for conspiring against The Director and interrupting the Grand Plan.
