It's Tony Harris' birthday, and the Guv and Terry are having a pub crawl with him to celebrate.

Leslie falls for Connie, so Lesley decides to bring a new man to the pub.

Connie finds herself in a dilemma when Vicky's dad wants her to take part in a nude calendar shoot.

The brewery wants the pub to have a more country feel about it by changing it's food and drinks menu and having a stuffed pheasant on the bar, which to Guv's delight, a customer identifies as the exact one that belonged to Prince Albert.

The pub's full of stress and panic - Connie's got a philosophy exam coming up, Guv's received a disturbing letter, and Terry's concerned about his lunch.

It's the night of the Barsteward's annual secret ball and Guv's uninvited but the promise of alcohol and a sex orgy proves too tempting and he decides to sneak in thanks to some help from uncle Barry.

Against Guv's wishes, Vicky hires a local celebrity chef, and she and Connie end up competing for his affections.

"Barman's hand" and stress finally takes it's toll on Guv, and he ends up collapsing and setting fire to the kitchen.
