Steve plans an elegant Christmas party with friends in celebration of his relationship with Regina. Meanwhile, Cedric is hesitant to participate in Lovita's childbirth class.

Steve and Lovita square off against each other in sleazy campaign tactics when they run for one open slot on the apartment building tenant board and the usually friendly "game night" turns ugly.
