Junior Chef shares an original and unique recipe for pan seared juicy chicken served with herb roasted tomatoes sauce with mixed peppers. Subtle flavours, juicy texture and intoxicating aromas are guaranteed. One can whip up or puree the roasted tomatoes and pour it over the chicken but Amit finds it more flavourful to leave it as it is and bite into the roasted tomatoes and onions while eating the chicken.
