The daily adventures of penguins living in New York's Central Park Zoo.

Marlene discovers a lost egg, and asks the penguins to care for it and keep it safe. But King Julien is jealous, and wants to raise the egg to be his second in command.

Marlene discovers a lost egg and thinks the Penguins would be perfect egg watchers. When Skipper steals Julien's radio batteries, a wild chase gets them stuck in a kangaroo pen.

Julien starts to mock Skipper when he denies to compete against the lemurs in a game of Capture the Flag, When Skipper eventually agrees to play, surprisingly enough, the Penguins loose. Every time they play, the lemurs win, resulting in the penguins losing their possessions in every match. Skipper and the team are completely clueless as to how to beat the lemurs and take back their belongings.

The penguins compete against the lemurs in a game of capture the flag. This should be easy for the crack penguin team, but for some mysterious reason the lemurs keep beating them to the flag.

When the zoo installs web cams to bring in new visitors, Private accidentally becomes an Internet star.Skipper accidentally causes King Julien to lose his beloved crown. Now the penguins go on a dangerous mission to retrieve the crown from the sewer.

The penguins and lemurs face off in a race around the zoo. The penguins in a souped-up version of their car and the lemurs in Alice's zoo cart. Winner takes the losers car!

When the Penguins lose access to their favorite snack, popcorn, Skipper & crew leap into action to gain a new supply of the salty treat.When a camera falls from the sky into the lemur habitat, Julien and Maurice argue about who will keep the shiny toy.

When the zoo starts feeding them imitation fish cakes, the penguins take matters into their own flippers and hatch a plan to hijack a fish delivery truck.

When the zoo vet rounds up the penguins to give them a shot, Skipper's fear of needles takes over & he goes on the run! During a solar eclipse, Phil & Mason convince King Julien that the sky spirits are angry at him.

Mort is exposed to a super-ray, and he grows super-big and strong. But Mort's new strength sends him over the edge, and he starts to take revenge on everyone who took advantage of him when he was small--especially King Julien

The rats have been terrorizing Roger the alligator, and he comes to the penguins for help. Their solution: switch gentle Roger's brain with loose-canon Rico's brain, and let the butt kicking begin!

To help Roger get rid of the rats in his home, the Penguins switch his body with Rico's, but the plan soon goes awry/ Private thinks he sees a giant orca floating in the sky but no-one believes him.

When the penguins bring Marlene with them on a sno-cone mission in the park, she can't handle the freedom of being outside the zoo walls. Skipper and his team must capture the crazed Marlene before she goes permanently wild.

Rico ignores a freaky fortune from his cookie, but Julien thinks Rico needs to believe in the superstition. Phil tries to win the heart of a visiting chimpanzee named Lulu.

On watch-duty, Private sees a terrifying Skorka: a sky orca whale. No one believes Private that the Sorka exists./When the penguins are interrupted mid-operation by a nosey scientist, they leave the zoo in danger.

A little girl loses her doll at the zoo, and Rico is convinced to give up his own doll to replace it./When a raccoon shows up and starts stealing from the zoo animals, the penguins jump into action and bust him.

Julien is horrified when the baboons dance routine is getting more attention than his own. His attempts to sabotage the baboons blow up in his face when they steal his "groove."

After an injury, Skipper goes to the vet for treatment. While he's there, the rest of the team mistakenly believes Skipper has turned into a zombie. The woozy Skipper must convince his friends he's not a raving monster.

The lemurs have a big fight, and Maurice and Mort move out of the habitat./A tiny frog with a nasty attitude moves to the zoo and starts terrorizing the animals.

When Alice mentions that one of the penguins is actually female, Skipper has an identity crisis./Mason and Phil have a big fight, and Mason moves out--and in with the penguins.

When Burt the elephant asks the penguins to help him sneak out of the zoo, they take on the challenge and get the big guy out./Marlene catches a glimpse of Fred the squirrel and falls in love at first sight.

When Kowalski accidentally creates a living blob of jelly, he takes a liking to the little guy. Unfortunately, "Jiggles" has a big appetite and starts stealing fruit from the animals, leading them to insist that he leave.

Every year, Private is chosen as the cover animal for the zoo brochure. But this year it might be the adorable Mort, and when he goes missing, Private is torn between his desire to be the zoo cover model and his good heart.

The penguins' dolphin nemesis, Dr. Blowhole, is out for revenge. After Blowhole takes King Julien hostage, Skipper and gang must rush to rescue their annoying neighbor and stop evil Dr. Blowhole before he destroys the planet.
