The state of the motocross industry is in dire shape. Riders must drop out of school to succeed, teams are not making money, the sport isn't growing, and when riders get injured their livelihood is cut off. Kyle Chisholm, Tommy Hahn and Josh Grant are three riders whom have all considered retiring in recent years. For Kyle Chisholm, he does not have the money he needs to compete, Josh Grant is constantly suffering injuries, and Tommy Hahn is racing without a salary hoping his results will bring a future.
