The Kitchen - Season 3 (2014)

Elena gave Chef an elephant that brings good luck, and now Chef is lucky everywhere. Nagiyev eventually divorced Christina, and now he has a reason to increase everyone's and his own salary. Ilya falls under the hot hand and changeable mood of Nagiyev, who fires him. Ilya decides to take revenge on Nagiyev, but the Chief, Max and Katya also suffer from this. Max tries to get closer to Vika again.

Nagiyev tries to woo Vika, but Max becomes jealous. Senya gets caught stealing, and not for the first time. Katya is going to leave the restaurant, but she can stay on one condition: if the Chef makes her the sous-chef of the molecular cuisine. Will the Chief accept this condition?

Max is tormented by Vicki. Nagiev and his ex-wife Kristina fight over the restaurant, trying to figure out which one of them is the rightful owner. They want to arrange events on the same day in secret from each other. The boss tries to please both.

Max realizes that he is losing Vika and tries to come up with an ideal plan to get her back, but every plan ends sadly. The main problem is Nagiev. Kostya and Nastya argue about the name of their future baby.

Elena invites the Chief to meet with her friends, and the Chief has football - Spartak-CSKA. By any means, Chief tries to get to the TV, but in the end he is defeated. Because of Nagiyev, Max again works in the kitchen, however as a cleaner. Maxim is going to quit, but soon he becomes a cook again.

Kostya got the second job, but hides it from Nastya, since he works for her father. The chief goes on a drinking binge and drags Max along with him.

Leva, with the help of Max, tries to arrange a date with Katya. The chief argues with Nagiyev that he can find a woman for himself in one day.

An old friend of Chef and the curator of the academy, from which Katya was expelled, comes to the restaurant. Because of this, Max falls victim to Katya's pregnancy lie. The boss thinks that Nagiyev wants to fire him.

Grandfather Kirill is the main enemy of the restaurant and is always trying to take revenge on the workers. The persuasions of Nagiyev and the Chief do not work. Soon grandfather Kirill dies. Vika moves from her apartment to Nagiyev and leaves the keys to Nastya, who gives them to Max.

Is Nagiyev ready for a serious relationship with Vika, and Vika with Nagiyev? Who trashed the bar at Claude Monet? What happened that night between Max and Katya?

The chef doesn't like Katya's new boyfriend and tries to get rid of him with money. Max has a conflict with Caucasians. Katya on a motorbike gets into an accident.

Nagiev urgently needs to learn how to cook. Vika quits the restaurant, and Max uses the chance to come her back.

The kitchen is having problems with a "poltergeist". Meanwhile Max is working on his own dish. Nagiev appoint Kristina as the new restaurant manager.
