Sirius Platoon has to find out when a missing persons report is filed concerning a man who allegedly boarded the train; and when they come face to face with the massive specter, Manabu acts on impulse and jumps on board. But as legend has it, once you get on the Ghost Train you can never get off. Has Manabu sealed his own fate?

When Sirius Platoon is sent to Planet Leo Glando to investigate a crashed cargo train, they fall into a trap and Big One is stolen! Unwilling to let Big One remain in enemy hands, Headquarters orders Captain Bulge to destroy his own train. As the thieves race to get Big One into space, Sirius Platoon and Spica Platoon must hunt them down! Is there any hope of saving the legendary Big One?

While waiting for an Electromagnetic Storm to clear, the crew of Big One passes the time by immersing themselves in the local culture. They encounter Salye - a magical creature with the ability to steal people's memories. Bruce falls prey to Salye's unique gift but soon learns the value of each and every memory.

Yuki, the Sexaroid Medical officer assigned to support the crew of Big One, doubts her worth as a fellow crew member. When news breaks out of a prison train escape at an isolated Space Junction, Captain Bulge is forced to alter Big One's course and tend to the situation. It is a race against time as the Sirius Platoon splits up to find the four desperate escapees. Manabu, teamed up with Yuki, are on the trail of the two prisoners. Will Manabu prove to Yuki that her worth is far greater than she expected?

While evacuating a planet on the verge of destruction, the relief teams of Big One encounter a mysterious oasis unaffected by the catastrophe. As Sirius Platoon ventures in this unadorned world, they meet an elderly woman who mistakes Manabu for her son. The touching reunion reveals so much more than Manabu and his shipmates have bargained for.

When Manabu accidentally boards the 777 Express, he runs into a childhood friend. Unfortunately, there is little time to reminisce before the 777 is attacked by aliens from another dimension.

Manabu is confused when Louis tries to back out of their newly assigned mission: to guard President Drake of the Clarious Stellar Cluster. While on board the Dignity, Drake's posh VIP train, Manabu discovers the real reason that Louis didn't want to accept the mission. But personal issues are set aside when the deadly Secret Cyber Servicemen try to assassinate the President!

Orbit Network Radar confirms a meteor stream is on a collision course with Central Station. The SDF is sent to resolve the threat, but Captain Julia and Captain Murase have very different methods.

David meets up with an old flame when Big One is sent to rescue survivors from a small aircraft that crashed on a remote planet known as the resting place of the most beautiful jewel in the Universe. The Sirius Platoon soon comes face to face with a mystery that will prove that true love is stronger than dark, ghostly legends.

An intruder is on the loose at SDF Headquarters. Outsmarting his adversaries, this precarious assailant dodges custody and nearly takes Manabu's life. Against Captain Bulge's direct orders, Manabu hurriedly chases after Bruce to help track down his attacker. But when the intruder ambushes Bruce, hitting him with nerve gas, he is caught between life and death. As the effects start taking effect, Bruce receives a bizarre unexpected visit from an old friend. Can Manabu save him from the torments of his past, or is Bruce on the road to perdition?

The Sirius, Spica and Vega Platoons have all taken leave. Their vacation spot: Captain Murase's family-owned Inn on Planet Carcalla. His sheer bravery and unparallel aptitude and skill make Manabu the number one candidate for the SPG, Galaxy Railway's elite division. While the team members of his old unit place their wagers on Manabu's return to Sirius Platoon, Bruce knows that it's ultimately going to be Manabu's decision of what path he chooses. Headquarters receives a SDF distress signal from Planet Kowloon, a bizarre world known as the Deserted Planet of Labyrinths. Big One is dispatched, with Ivanov, from Intelligence, accompanying them. Upon their arrival, the crew finds Tille and Liffle, two botanical-humanoid beings that are scientists from another dimension. Ivanov does not trust them and coincidentally, Big One is attacked by a stalking alien vessel. Sirius Platoon's only means of escape is to head towards a dimensional rift, from which their enemy emerged. Bulge senses a trap, but with Big One taking...

The crew of Big One mourns the loss of Bruce. And to make matters worse, the SDF has subpoenaed Captain Bulge before an inquiry panel to assess punishment for disobeying Ivanov's orders. The jury's verdict relieves Bulge from his command of Big One and Sirius Platoon is completely disbanded, with each member reassigned to auxiliary units. But Bulge learns that the SDF Investigations Division has not followed up on the Cosmo Matrix or the Alfort Fleet attack. And the crew has found evidence of Ivanov's hidden agenda. The Alfort Fleet continues its destruction of junction stations, and a mysterious alien voice identifies Destiny Station as the next target. With time running out, Bulge accepts what he must do.

Bulge's plan is to conserve Big One's resources for as long as possible. When the timing is right, Sirius Platoon will execute a precision attack at the heart of the Alfort command ship. Liffle's commander, Forecis, the leader of the assault on Destiny, will stop at nothing to complete his objective. Not only has the Alfort Fleet taken the lives of numerous SDF members, but the lives of galactic citizens who perished during the alien raid. The galaxy's only hope is Bulge and his crew. When two opposing forces go head-to-head, who will be the one to stay on top?

Thinking the bloodshed to be finished, Manabu is bewildered at the sight of 200 enemy ships emerging. Commander Forecis demands Destiny Station's surrender and he won't be taking any prisoners. When the battle between the Alfort Fleet and Sirius Platoon continues, Commander Forecis sheds his underlying motives. Destiny's railways and arteries running through his home galaxy have caused irrefutable damage. It's only fate that he destroys the last tracks of the Galaxy Railways.
