The Amazing Race Canada - Season 4 (2016)

The teams race through the streets of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

After returning home to British Columbia, the remaining teams experience Haida Gwaii.

The teams fly to Hamilton, Ontario where they receive messages from home.

Teams race to Canada's first capital Kingston, Ontario where tensions continue to build, and a detour threatens to burst some bubbles.

The Race goes south hitting the streets of Havana, Cuba, where the rising heat causes temperatures to flare.

Teams head home to race through Nova Scotia, where a detour has some teams up in arms and others dragging their heels.

The remaining teams race to Saint John, N.B. where a Detour puts them in a sticky situation.

The final three teams fly to Montreal and are tested mentally, physically and emotionally for the final leg.
