Jenelle ends up getting back together with Kieffer. Chelsea reveals her pregnancy scare to her mom. Kailyn attempts to revisie her custody agreement for the second time. Jeremy and Corey have a talk about Jeremy's intentions with Leah.

Leah chooses who she truly wants to be with. Kailyn and Javi's relationship gets stronger when the two take a big step. Jenelle and Kieffer go back to their old ways.

As Kieffer ends up becoming the same bad influence, Jenelle tries to stay responsible. Leah starts to prepare for her upcoming wedding. Chelsea receives the news about Adam's new girlfriend. Kailyn is left rethinking her actions after she has a violent outburst toward Javi.

The day has come for Leah and Jeremy to get married. Meanwhile, Kailyn and Javi start to discuss their future and possible marriage. Adam attempts to make Chelsea jealous. Gary has a surprise in store for Jenelle.

A domestic violence incident between Gary and Jenelle sends them both to jail. Kailyn and Javi contemplate getting married in Las Vegas. Leah and Jeremy start their married life together by purchasing a new home.

Chelsea chooses to take a break from school. Leah tries to contact her biological father. After her fight with Gary, Jenelle goes to court.

Jenelle, Barb and Kieffer come together to celebrate Jace's third birthday. Wedding bells are ringing after Leah and Jeremy get married. Chelsea goes out for a night on the town to celebrate her 21st birthday.

Chelsea celebrates Aubree's third birthday. Jenelle's small chances of gaining custody of Jace are shown. Leah takes Ali to a doctors appointment. Kailyn has to inform Jo about her future with Javi.

Discovering that Jenelle is using drugs, Barbara tries to have her committed. Chelsea returns to beauty school. Kail and Javi get married before Javi is shipped off to Boot Camp. Leah’s daughter goes through medical testings.
