Sandy and insurance investigator Herbert Colter are on the trail of a recently released ex-con; and $90,000 in bonds that he had stolen seven years earlier.

Darcy Peyton, a gangster's girlfriend, has stolen an envelope full of cash from her boyfriend. She plans to return to her small hometown and flaunt her newfound "wealth" in the faces of all the locals--especially her nasty redneck father--who mistreated her years before. She hires Kenny as her bodyguard, knowing that her ex-boyfriend will send some of his men after her to get the money back.
