Sizzle stumbled upon the Stunt Scabs evil scheme to steal all of the town's water and sell it back to them at exorbitant prices. Fungus, the Stunt Scabs leader, throws Sizzle, now bound and gagged, down a well as human bait to lure the rest of the Stunt Dawgs to their doom.
