Secret Agent AA7 is contracted to assassinate Prof. Balonium by British Intelligence while Prof. Balonium is hired by the Kremlin to capture and return Dr. Rathburger to the Soviet Union.

Prof. Balonium discovers a cashed alien spacecraft on the island while Dr. Rathburger tries to make impenetrable armor out of a revolutionary new alloy called "Reflexium".

Dr. Rathburger is visited by his nephew from the Soviet Union while Prof. Balonium clones himself a son to be an heir to his legacy.

Prof. Balonium struggles to recall 'future memories' projected telepathically from his future self while Dr. Rathburger introduces the awe inspiring power of the 'Jukebox of Doom'.

Prof. Balonium creates the reality altering element 'Randomonium' while Dr. Rathburger threatens to destroy the capital of Australia with massive cannonballs. Meanwhile Dr. Eldrich is kidnapped by pirates.
