To catch the top of the criminal underworld, the government decides to allow and monitor the import of weed. For criminal Stanley Hillis this seems too good to be true.

After the successful import of weed, it's time to step up their game: importing hard drugs under the eyes of the government. Stanley and his friends become loaded.

There is a mole in the criminal organisation and Stanley's rule is: he who talks, dies. In the meantime, the two detective teams clash after they find weapons and explosives.
