Sooty's Amazing Adventures - Season 1 (1997)

Sooty must rescue the rest of the gang when they float away in a hot air balloon.

Sooty and the gang fancy a holiday to the Arctic to get away from the heatwave, but the magic trap door has other ideas and transports the gang to a desert.

To entertain Katarina, Sooty and his friends must put on their own version of William Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet".

Sooty and the gang go back in time to the Wild West via the trapdoor, but once they get there, they encounter a criminal named "Filthy Ted" and Sooty tries to sort him out.

Scampi builds a robot so that he doesn't have to clean up the theatre in time for Katarina's theatre group, but unfortunately, the robot goes haywire and the gang has to stop it.

Little Cousin Scampi's bedroom is getting cluttered with chocolate bars, so the gang decide to sell them out on the street to earn some pocket money.

When the gang stops by an ancient wishing well, Little Cousin Scampi tosses a coin into it and wishes that they were back in the medieval times. Once the wish becomes true, they encounter Sir Oswald, who engages Sooty into a brawl.

While having a picnic on the roof of the theatre, Sooty and the gang are abducted by aliens and have to find their way off the UFO.

Sweep reads a book about the "Golden Sausages of Sootlantis", and sends Sooty deep into the sea to find them. With the help of the mermaids and mermen who live there, he finds them. However, when he doesn't get back up to the surface, the rest of the gang get out Katarina's prop submarine from one of her films in order to rescue him.

Katarina is captured by a giant who lives in the sky, and the gang borrow Captain Fogbound's hot air balloon in order to rescue her.
