On an archaeological dig in Africa, Jamaica finds a bottle containing an evil spirit that possesses B.J. and only Notch can exorcise it. Mayor Massengil runs for re-election unopposed until a rival unexpectedly appears.

Notch is the pit crew chief for his friend's 3/4 midget race and must take the wheel after the competition sabotages the car,critically injuring the friend.Meanwhile Ellen and her girlfriend settle their differences with foxy boxing.

Aliens send representatives to breed with earth women and Chip and Professor Milosevic get a sitcom.

B.J. and Notch infiltrate a prostitution ring while Mayor Massengill has Chappy pretend to be her boyfriend.
