The clobbered corpse of drowned Jörn Holgersen, managing the brewery he co-owned with siblings Frank and Frauke, is found in a keg during a tour on the premises. Brother in law Torsten Schulze, a banker who does the books, points a out a hotel group, suspected of a recent mild beer poisoning after he refused to sell for a small fortune. Fresh widow Silke Holgersen inherits his third and lied about being the actual saboteur.
