Russell's first big managerial challenge is stopping shop-lifting. He takes in more than he can handle in the changing rooms leaving even the police baffled!

Life takes on a bitter sweet flavour for manager Russell, he's loving the freedom of being in control but then is told to sack a favourite employee by Head Office. The stress mounts as it's also the anniversary of his first date with his on-off girlfriend, but which one! A happy ending to the first series seems assured!
