Toma, a young man from Izu goes to Tokyo to try to get into a great college. He then meets Urara Kasuga, who he finds out that she is his cousin. She has fallen in love with him when he spent time with her six years earlier. He also meets a big breasted woman named Mieko Yotsuba, who is also trying to get into Keio University.

Meiko passes her entrance college exams but unfortunately Touma gets rejected. He lies to Mieko about it and tells her that he got accepted. Touma then goes back to Izu where he then decides to go back to Tokyo so he can take university admissions courses. He then finds Urara at his apartment wearing only an apron.

After Toma applies to preparatory school, he goes to Keio so he can meet Mieko and tell her that he actually did not get admitted into the college like he said he did. The two go tho the cherry tree and he tries to confess to her that he lied to her but she misunderstands him.
