Pilot episode of Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, basic introductions of characters and their environments and conditions, including both the residents and support workers at 17 Albion Street.

Resident of 17 Albion Street, care home for adults with mental health issues, Oliver escapes the house, which he is not allowed to do as he is a vulnerable adult in the community. He walks to the local cemetery and says a prayer before an old grave from the Great War then goes to the river and further reminisces in another flashback sequence to his youth on holiday in France when he used to dive off the pier with his brother. Luke realises Oliver has escaped and goes after him and finally finds him at the bus stop and takes him back home. As the evening descends Earl ...

Frank returns from Airport Bowls where he left Kevin to find his way home but Earl has not met him at the agreed spot where Earl is to give him the safe so he goes looking for him in the community and ends up in the pub near the care home, 17 Albion Street, where Earl lives. He figures he might find Earl there now that he has money (the safe). Kevin calls the home, 17 Albion Street, and he gets a ride back from the airport and knocks on the door to the pub as he sees the lights are still on. Harry the barman lets him in. Kevin tells him the story. And then Frank comes...
