Rusty Rivets - Season 2 (2018)

When Ranger Anna gets stuck in a tree while observing monkeys, Rusty and Ruby make a monkey of their own to save her... Botarilla!

New neighbor Frankie Fritz bot-naps Botasaur, making Rusty and Ruby go on a chase to get their friend back. Rusty builds a machine that makes and stacks sand blocks, to help Liam build a giant sand castle. But when Bytes bumps into it and causes it to fritz, it runs off and starts making sand structures all over town, trapping people, blocking train tracks, and creating a giant sand castle pyramid in the middle of town.

Frankie Fritz challenges Rusty and Ruby to a multi-stage, all-terrain race around Sparkton Hills, with the Mobile Rivet Lab as the stakes. Rusty and Ruby try to save the school's art fair from being frozen over by Frankie Fritz and his modified Skunk-bot, Frankford.

When the robotic squirrel Rusty made to keep Bytes occupied goes rogue - swiping all the nuts and bolts from things all over town and causing things to fall apart, Rusty and Ruby must find a way to capture Robo-Squirrel and retrieve his ill gotten loot before the whole town falls apart. Frankie Fritz uses a handful of homemade drones to swipe Rusty and Ruby's Mega Battery, so he can power a giant drone and use it to swipe the entire Rivet Lab!

Rusty and Ruby set off on their pirate ship in a hunt for a buried treasure. But when Frankie catches wind of what the treasure is, he sets out on a pirate ship of his own to find it first.

Rusty and Liam are planning a surprise birthday party at the beach for Ruby, with her favorite ice cream cake, and all her friends from SparktonHills. Mr. Higgins accidentally knocks the power out all over town.

Rusty builds his Mom the ultimate relaxing chair, but whenever it hears any noise, it runs away and raises higher into the sky, leaving Rusty's Mom in a precarious position.

Bytes and some of the Bits accidentally go on a wild ride in a runaway sled! Rusty, Ruby, and Jack try to find a way to stop the wayward sled. Rusty and Ruby make Officer Carl a giant blueberry pie but struggle to transport the oversized dessert to him in time for lunch.

Rusty, Ruby, and TigerBot help a stranded baby giraffe in the desert. Can they save the giraffe and make it back in time for TigerBot's performance? Rusty, Ruby and Tigerbot must save Botasaur when he runs off into the jungle thinking he's being pursued by a monster.

The bots catch a virus, wreaking havoc with their aggressive sneezes. The kids must find a cure to stop the mess! Bytes accidentally tunnels his way into a long-forgotten mine - it's up to Rusty, Ruby, and Botasaur to find him

When Rusty and Ruby accidentally shrink down with Rusty's latest invention, they must fight their way across the Yard to size themselves back up.Liam tells the kids he was "adopted" by a giant mama bird. Now Rusty and Ruby must find a way to rescue him from the protective bird!

Wanting to be a hero like Rusty, Frankie creates a Super Villian Bot and programs it to make him look like a hero too. When aliens crash on Earth, Rusty and Ruby must help them get back home in time for the most important alien holiday of the year!

Liam can't wait to take Emily for a ride on the roller coaster in 'Rusty's Dinocoaster', then in 'Teacher Appreciation Day', Rusty and Ruby build a Robo Assistant to help Teacher Betty.

Liam and new friend Emily try to emulate their heroes, Rusty and Ruby, only to end up making things worse.

When the conveyor belt Santa uses to load gifts from his workshop into his gigantic toy bag breaks, Rusty, Ruby, and Liam head to the North Pole to fix it. Frankie stows away to find the present he really wants for Christmas.

When Liam gets trapped inside an ancient elephant temple, Rusty and Ruby enlist the bots to breach the temple and find him. Ultimately, they undertake the recue with a new creature, Elephantbot!

Rusty and Ruby must a find a way to pop the mega bubbles that have scooped up Bytes and Mrs. Rivets before they float up into space! Liam and Emily accidentally set the Rivet Sub on a course out to sea!

Rusty and Ruby make rollerskates for Botasaur, but he doesn't know how to stop and goes on a wild ride! Rusty and Ruby build Liam a castle and a powerful magnetic scepter, so he can play king.

When Elephant Bot goes to visit the new baby elephant at the animal park, the baby runs off. Rusty and Ruby must help Frankie when he attaches a large propeller to Frankford.

When Frankie accidentally levitates the school, Rusty and Ruby have to find a way to get it - and everyone inside - back on the ground. Frankie builds a giant Frankford robot, but the robot's power source overheats, threatening to stink up the town.

When Orbit crashes in the Arctic, it's up to Rusty and Ruby to get him back into space. When Liam doesn't take the time to learn how the new superhero suit Rusty and Ruby make for him works, disaster ensues.

When Frankie breaks into the Rivet Lab and takes control, Rusty and Ruby have to be "secret agent" sneaky to stop him. Rusty and Ruby's trip to the moon is complicated when Frankie Fritz stows away!
