Yakovlev and Grisha are instructed to find the legendary robber Kolya-Keglya, this time he stole 1,000,000,000 rubles from the bank. At stake is the next rank: if the robber is found by Grisha's subordinates, he will get promotion; if someone else, the promotion go to Yakovlev.
