Play School - Season 85 (2003)

Aka ep85.1 Creating a play city with block roads, wooden road signs, milk carton houses and a kitchen sponge park. A stop/go game is played. Dramatic play: Colin dresses up as traffic lights and Trisha obeys the signals. A footpath is added to the play city and two peg people are taken for a walk to the park. A farm truck is driven out of the city and into the country.

Making a red (stopman) and green (walkman) paper doll chain. Playing a 'match the glove' game. Angela must find the missing glove to make a pair. Dramatic Play: Angela and Little Ted visit 'Playland'. By following a map they pass by Adventure Land, Water World and Nursery Rhyme Land. Miming mechanical processes in a rubber glove factory.

Ducklings visit Play School. They swim in a pond and are fed. Angela pretends she is stuck in mud. Colin comes to rescue her. A shadow game is played. Items are identified by their shadow shape. Animal hand shadows are created. A street scene is painted. Colin changes the weather conditions from sunshine to rain. Bright colours are then added to the pictures to ensure everything shows up. Dressing up in a yellow raincoat, yellow boats and a rain hat. The presenters dress up in brightly coloured clothes to play a game of 'Barney Glue'.
