Diane and Don spin a top, showing the pattern while it's still and when it's moving. Diane draws a pattern on cardboard and spins it on a pencil. Story is about a boy who uses nature (the wind, rain and sun) to give him ideas for his paintings. Don plays a game with the toys and an umbrella song singing Rub a Dub Dub. Through the window, a child in a playground. Diane does a finger painting in the flour, including a house, trees, etc. being blown down by the wind, and rain.
