Aka ep#82 Donald dresses up as a knight in armor and rides away on his mop horse to fight in the crusades. Lorraine tells the story of Sir Kevin of Devon with pictures. She dresses up as Lady Lorraine in medieval attire. She dubs Donald and Teddy knights. Lorraine and Donald work knight and dragon puppets in a short play.

Aka ep#84 Lorraine and Donald have made a wine keg drum into a horse, for they're in 'the bush' today. There's a real saddle and bridle which Lorraine puts on an old broom stuck into the drum for the horse's head. Donald rides Thursday, the horse, and pretends he's a farmer mustering sheep. Lorraine looks at the calendar and recites the poem of the week about a Merry Go Round. Donald pretends to be a squatter and musters stock with a sheep dog. Alex sings a mustering song on his banjo while we look through the windows. Donald counts sheep and recites the poem 'The Man...

Donald makes drums using ice cream tins, pencils and soft drink "bubbles" from the Useful Box. He and Darlene form the Play School band and play the drums. Donald reads the story of the Pied Piper of Hamelin. Donald and Darlene play "Follow the Leader" games inviting participation with clapping and singing.

Darlene and Donald dress up in Scottish attire, kilts etc. Donald tells the story of Mumbles McPhee and the Mumble Bee. Donald plays the bagpipes. Darlene dresses the toys in tartan and Darlene and Donald sing "Auld Lang Syne".

Darlene and Donald try to teach the Play School pets to do tricks. They don't have much success. Lareyn, a trained golden retriever, is in Play School today, and she shakes hands and retrieves for Donald. Des tells a story of zoo animals doing tricks. Donald and Darlene pretend to train each other as circus animals.

Darlene and Donald draw pictures of rats for the Poem of the Week. Darlene makes a witch's hat and pretends to cast a spell on Teddy. Donal notes that it didn't work. They sing 'Ding Dong the Witch is Dead'. Darlene reads the story 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice'. Through the magic windows we see a ventriloquist with his puppet 'Cookie'. Darlene and Donald show how to make Teddy disappear in a Jack in the Box.

Donald and Darlene make a musical instrument, a "Broomstick and bottle Harmonica", filling the bottle with the right amount of water to make the right notes. They experiment with all sorts of things showing what sort of sounds they each make: wood, metal, bells, etc. Story told by Des is about what happens when the shark alarm rings at the beach. Donald and Darlene ring the Play School ambulance bell and pretend to take Humpty off to school.

Alister makes a ship from things in the Useful Box. Diane makes a harbour. Through the magic windows, a ship sailing to London. Alister reads the story of Giant John. Alister and Diane measure each other.

Alister and Diane dress up in Victorian gear, to go to a ball. Diane tells the story of Cinderella. They go to the ball in a coach built from Play School blocks, and they dance the Polka. Humpty and Jemima prefer to Rock 'n' Roll.

Diane and Alister look after the Play School pets and point out that some animals are mammals. Diane shows a female beagle and litter of pups playing, drinking and sleeping. Ron Gammack plays his lute and tells the story of "John and his pets".

Diane and Alister grow magic flowers in water and make birds by folding paper. Ron Gamack plays his lute and sings 'The Ugly Duckling'. Diane and Alister take off in the Play School plane for sunshine and warmth - the same as the birds we see through the windows.

Diane makes pancakes and Alister examines the eggs she'll use - and also some fertile ones, pointing out we don't eat these. Ron Gamack sings and tells the story of the life of a butterfly accompanied by pictures. Diane, Alister and Ron eat the pancakes.

Don and Lorraine make a fish tank out of cardboard and cellophane and put fish in it. Don accompanies himself on guitar while singing "The Emperor's New Clothes". Lorraine goes shopping in a big city building. Don is the lift-driver.

Lorraine and Don dress up as Gipsies. Don tunes his guitar and plays and sings. The story is Trubloff and Mouse Who Wanted to Play the Balalaika. Don and Lorraine make a Gipsy camp, and with the toys dance and sing around a fire.

Lorraine and Don clean out all the pets' homes before the get smelly. The story is told by Peter, about a skunk and how the animals react to him. A cat visits Play School and Lorraine and Don point out how clean cats are. Through the magic windows we see other animals cleaning themselves.

Lorraine and Don do finger and foot painting to the accompaniment of Don's guitar. Peter tells the story of the six men feeling an elephant with their eyes closed. Through the windows we see animals doing balancing acts, and ballet dancers in a pas de deux. Lorraine and Don try a few balancing acts.

Ep#100. Lorraine and Don plan a picnic today and prepare the food. We see fruit seeds, and they show some seeds that were previously planted and have grown. They take the toys on the picnic and try to eat apples tied to a string. They make a big face out of fruit and then decide to eat it.

Diane and Tom dress Teddy in cowboy gear. Tom is a rough riding cowboy and lassoos the steers (the toys). Wendy tells a story of when she was small, and wanted to be a cowboy, but she had no horse. At the ranch, Tom and Diane sing cowboy songs as dusk falls. Through the windows is a children's rodeo.

Indian Squaw "Black Hair" (Diane) and Brave Tom-Tom show the clothes they're dressed up in today. Tom reads the story "Indian Two Feet". The presenters play Indian musical instruments and the toys join them as Sioux tribe and dance and hunt.

Tom and Diane show the visitor, Tommy Wombat, a pet who lives at the Zoo. A baby wombat is also in Play School. Wendy tells a story about a wombat and a gate. We see other Play School pets.

Diane and Tom build a castle and carriage for a game with the toys. The toys ride the rocking horse. Diane tells the story of Godiva. Tom tries his hand unsuccessfully at doing Diane's tapestry. They play the Princess Game with the toys.

Tom and Diane dress Teddy as a knight in old saucepans and lids - They hoist him on to the horse with a proper hoist and later show how it pulls up a bucket from a well. Wendy tells the Tale of a Turnip. Tom and Diane go fishing in a boat they build.

Alister and Anne make a clock from things in the Useful Box. Barry tells the story "Very Far Away". Alister, Anne and Jemima go to the horse races and Jemima's horse wins.

Alister dons a night shirt and cap and goes to bed. But Anne, a night watchman of long ago, rings her bell and wakes him up. Story, "Switch on the Night". All the toys climb into bed, and because it's so crowded, they all fall out.

A rooster visits Play School. Story told by Barry is "The Cock and the Bean". Through the magic windows, we see birds with fine feathers. Anne buys hats from Alister's hat shop, choosing one with ostrich feathers.

Anne and Alister build a stage for their play-acting. Anne is a witch, and Alister's a clown. Alister reads a story about a stage-struck mouse, Mick, and his country friend, George.

Aka ep#110 Anne and Alister demonstrate how the clappers of bells work. Barry tells the story of 'Dick Whittington and his Cat'. Anne and Alister are on board a ship where they scrub the decks, steer etc, until it is time to 'change the watch'. They marry the owl and the pussycat, singing the song 'The Owl and the Pussycat'.
