Before he met Pinky, Brain knew another genetically enhanced rodent, a hamster named Snowball.

In 19th-century England, Pinky and The Brain accept a challenge to circle the globe in 79 days in order to gain a foothold in the British Empire and then conquer the world.

After purchasing carefully selected properties, The Brain schemes to flood the planet and leave his holdings as the only dry land.

Pinky and The Brain mechanize the Lincoln Memorial and drive around as Lincoln reincarnated to gain the public's praise. Then; The Brain tells the story of "Don Cerebro- Mouse of La Mancha" to the other rodents at the lab.

Pinky arrives in 1946 Vienna to search for The Brain and gets caught-up in a complicated mystery. Then; the Brain reunites with his parents and struggles to get along with them.
