On the Ropes - Season 1 (2018)

Aspiring trainer Amirah deceives her boxing champion father, Sami, in order to secure her trainee a debut fight.

Without the security of her family's gym and home, Amirah sleeps in her car, whilst struggling to find a suitable space to train her fighters. In an attempt to drive her to come home, Sami cuts her weekly wage.

Amirah decides to tell the truth at her father's tribunal hearing despite the likely family fallout. Emotions heat up between Amirah and Lachlan. Some poor advice for Mina could prematurely halt her training.
