Mussadi Lal's father falls of a two-wheeler driven by Mussadi and blames it on the pothole in the road. On his father's insistence, Mussadi sues the Janata Works Department, the civic body responsible for the road repairs. But the babu's in the civic agency aren't new to shirking of responsibility, and they have a web created for Mussadi to walk in. Will the accuser become the accused. Watch to find out?

Once there, he find's out that the pipeline to his colony is illegal, and that they aren't entitled to get any water at all.
