Last Contact - Season 1 (2014)

Harry and his team run a University project looking into novel ways of communicating with aliens. Or, more accurately, they don't. In fact, they don't so anything. And they do that very well. That is, until they are down to their last £3.75. Something has to happen. They need more money, and fast. And that's before Bernard sends a dummy to inform them of his drastic plans for their office, ones that don't include them.

It's a week on, and much to their surprise, the team haven't been kicked out of their office. However, when, by chance of a self-inflicted power-cut, they discover the windows have been boarded up, Harry sets off to find out what it's all about.

After Nina tells the team that there's no funding for them to build the rocket silo, they decide to try and make money any way they can.
