Meanwhile, it's Rata's birthday, Vasile must to pamper Prefectu's Daughter and Robi must to give fine to residents - the first who get a fine is Dorel.

Robi get fine to Celentano, Firicel, Ardiles, Branzoi and Rata and Vasile and Prefectu's Daughter arrives at the Bobita's Pub and meet Bobita and Giani. Meanwhile, Celentano go to his home and after he get a fine from Robi, he found out that Celentano's Mother-in-law destroyed Celentano's plan - Celentano re-created the plan. The plan is: make a present for Rata's birthday. Celentano is the only person who cares about the Rata's birthday. However, Rata must to driving Vasile, Giani, Bobita and Prefectu's Daughter to Constanta.
