Kelly Monteith - Season 4 (1982)

Kelly would do anything to get out of writing - even procrastinating by looking up the definition of procrastinating. While putting off work, he talks about romance, modern day Shakespeare, obsessive cleaning and forgetting names.

Kelly is staying in a series of hotels while touring, and has worries and fears associated with the situation: dating while in a hotel, not losing his luggage, the nature of tipping, and losing his bearings.

Kelly is worried about his weight, concerned that his American background has led to over-eating. He reflects on the temptation of food at parties, as well as the temptation for party guests to insist on telling him their jokes.
