While tracking down information on a military government contract Karen has a question about it. Rather than go through regular channels she heads to the Pentagon to talk to a high ranking government official.

Karen is given an assignment by her boss and it's one she finds daunting. She has to become an expert on consumer affairs before she debates a congressman on late night TV.
