Juliana and Valentina meet on a park bench. Val is dealing with the recent murder of her father. Juls and her mom are running away from problems caused by her father who was executed on the same day as Val's father's murder. By weird mystical circumstance, and unbeknownst to the girls, the spirit of Val's father transmigrated into the executed body of Juls' father - who then revived.
